The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses in server logs) to deliver the site securely and reliably. This is necessary for the site to function.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it except where required by law or with service providers who help us operate (for example our email provider), under appropriate safeguards.
